On a beautiful fall day, we stepped into nature and reconnected with the power of play 🍁🍂 — grounding ourselves through barefoot walks, deep breaths, and soul-fueling moments outdoors. Our adventurous and curious souls led us to a cave and ended the day with heart-centered tree hugs. Along the way, we shared powerful conversations about community, mental health, and the neuroscience behind fear — how stepping out of our comfort zones helps rewire the mind.

This guided women’s hike on the Rattlesnake Ledge Trail in North Bend, WA, offered the perfect backdrop to reset, recharge, and rise into the next season with balance, passion, and confidence. Over three hours, we climbed ~1,460 feet, laughed together, reflected, and finished with playful “adult Lunchables” to celebrate the adventure. The best therapy truly is coming together in the outdoors 🍃.
